WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the type of sock you’d like to order. Please note that this is the minimum order quantity per design. Our most popular styles and their MOQ’s are listed below:

ARE YOUR SOCKS PRINTED OR WOVEN?
All of our styles are woven aside from the Sublimation Crew and the 360° Sublimation, which are printed via sublimation heat transfer. To test the quality of our woven and/or printed styles, please feel free to request samples via the Get Started page.
CAN YOU MATCH EXACT COLOR CODES?
Yes, can match your exact color codes! We want to represent your brand as best as possible by using your precise colors and staying consistent with your branding guidelines.
IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING INCLUDED?
Standard shipping is free for all orders. Rush shipping and production options are also available for an additional fee. If you’re on a tight deadline, please reach out via the Get Started page as soon as possible and we will provide you a quote for rush options.
CAN YOU MAKE OTHER TYPES OF SOCKS?
Yes, we can create everything from baby socks to waterproof socks and pretty much anything in between. The products listed on the Our Styles page are our most popular types of socks, but feel free to reach out via the Get Started page if you have something else in mind.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
The turnaround time depends on what type of socks you’d like to order. Please note that rush options are available for an additional fee. Our most popular styles and their standard turnaround times are listed below:
- Cotton Crew: 3-4 weeks *
- Athletic Crew: 3-4 weeks *
- Bamboo Crew: 6-8 weeks
- Nylon Athletic: 3-4 weeks *

HOW DO PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES WORK?
Once your order has been placed, we will send you pre-production photos of your socks at different angles to ensure the design meets your expectations. You may request a physical pre-production sample for a $30 fee, but this may cause slight delays to your order.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Once a design has been moved into full production, we can no longer accept returns or refunds. If you would like to request a refund, you must do so before approving the pre-production images. In specific cases, we may be able to give a partial refund of 80%.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit card, check, and ACH transfer.
